When our house was on the market last year, we got the buyer’s inspection report, and there were quite a few items they wanted handled.  We were referred to Billy by some friends.  When you’re trying to get your house sold, it was nice to not have to bring in multiple resources to handle all those different things on the inspector’s report.  Billy took care of all of it, and he was affordable, too.  I’d definitely recommend his work.
